Submit your documentation
Upload the business plan, three-statement financial projections, and competitor analysis for each entrepreneur. Firms can batch-upload across their client roster. PDFs, decks, and spreadsheets accepted.
Complete the AI interview
Our system reads every document and asks targeted clarifying questions about market entry, founder background, immigration status, and capital plan. The interview adapts to each entrepreneur's industry and grant category.
Underwriting review
Beacon underwriters review the complete file alongside the AI's analysis — validating the entrepreneur's innovation thesis and the firm's representation. Decisions typically arrive within 7–10 business days.
Verified grant approval
Approved entrepreneurs receive a branded PDF approval document with an embedded QR verification code, conditions, and disbursement schedule. Business development firms get a copy in their client workspace.
Dashboard credentials
Two secure documents — login and password — are issued separately to the entrepreneur. Firms manage all client dashboards from their organization workspace with role-based access.
