1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. Cookies let a site remember actions and preferences (such as login state) over time. We also use related technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage; this policy covers all of them.
2. The cookies we use
Strictly necessary
- Authentication session — keeps you signed in while using the platform.
- CSRF / security tokens — protect form submissions from cross-site forgery.
- Load balancing — routes your requests reliably.
These cannot be turned off in our platform; without them the service will not function.
Functional
- Preferences — remember UI choices such as theme or selected jurisdiction.
Analytics
We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage (page views, errors). We do not use third-party advertising cookies and we do not sell tracking data.
3. Third parties
Some essential infrastructure providers (e.g. authentication, email delivery) may set cookies necessary to deliver their service. They are bound by contract to use that data only to provide the service.
4. Managing cookies
Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or submitting an application. For browser-specific instructions see the help pages of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge.
5. Do Not Track
We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law. Because we do not run cross-site advertising, traditional Do Not Track signals have limited effect on our platform.
6. Changes
As our platform evolves we may update this policy. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
